This was my first meet up I have attended. When I walked in the room I knew that I should’ve been there to start my journey in real estate investing. Bill Kenny and Mike Webb bring tons of value and welcomed me. I am excited to have came across the post that led me to this event, can’t wait for the next one!

I’ve been able to attend 3 meetings now. They are really growing and it is nice to meet and network with so many people from all aspects of real estate. The speakers they bring in are very knowledgeable and inspiring and eager to offer tips and advice. I’m always looking forward to the next meeting!

 

 

Bill and Mike are great guys and the meetups are very informative and well attended. I would encourage all people who are interested in real estate investing to check them out.

 

MD WV Homebuyers are exactly as advertised, Fast, Friendly, & Fair. They’ve created a local networking meetup once a month for local investors which I’ve just started attending in the last 3 months. Bill & Mike are awesome, ultimate Go-Givers & have helped me close out my first deal since attending. Your without question in great hands if these two are involved with any help you may need!

 

Attended my first meetup last night. Being a new investor with little to no contacts, this was the perfect opportunity to meet agents, wholesalers, contractors, and investors with years of experience to those that are just starting out. Regardless of experience, everybody seemed to be more than willing to help, answer questions, spread knowledge, and make you feel welcomed. My only regret was not setting aside enough time to hangout after the event. It seems like opportunities are being offered and deals are being made. Talked to multiple guys who bought/sold properties from this meetup alone. Looking forward to attending next months meeting.

I went to my first meet up with these guys. I’m a new investor trying to get my first deal. If you leave the meeting and didn’t learn anything about real estate then your not listening. Their guest speaker ” BOB THE FLIPPER WAS AWESOME. I met some potential clients looking for real estate. Even after the meeting you can stick around for socializing. Great bunch and I’ll be going to the next one. Thanks guys.

The 80/20 rule says that 80% of your results come from 20% of your actions. Attending this meetup is my 20% and has given me outstanding results.  What a great group of people. I’ve been attending this meetup since the beginning of the year and have learned so much in the process. I’ve met a lot of good people, made connections and have bought 2 cash flowing rental properties. It’s been a great year and I can’t wait to see what the new year brings.
