What a great group of people. I’ve been attending this meetup since the beginning of the year and have learned so much in the process. I went to my first meet up with these guys. I’m a new investor trying to get my first deal. If you leave the meeting and didn’t learn anything about real estate then your not listening. There guest speaker “BOB THE FLIPPER” WAS AWESOME. I met some potential clients looking for real estate. Even after the meeting you should stick around for socializing. Great bunch and I’ll be goin to the next one. Thanks guys

Attended my first meetup last night. Being a new investor with little to no contacts, this was the perfect opportunity to meet agents, wholesalers, contractors, and investors with years of experience to those that are just starting out.
Regardless of experience, everybody seemed to be more than willing to help, answer questions, spread knowledge, and make you feel welcomed. My only regret was not setting aside enough time to hangout after the event. It seems like opportunities are being offered and deals are being made. Talked to multiple guys who bought/sold properties from this meetup alone.
Looking forward to attending next months meeting.

I’ve been able to attend 3 meetings now. They are really growing and it is nice to meet and network with so many people from all aspects of real estate. The speakers they bring in are very knowledgeable and inspiring and eager to offer tips and advice. I’m always looking forward to the next meeting!
